The best place to offer your feedback is the OneNote for Windows user voice forum. Is there a way to make a OneNote page act like Word in that I know where each page will end when I print. You should probably just use the A4 paper size, group your pages as subpages of the first page, then export as a pdf or print to paper Then I drag the PDF to my e-reader and use that while I lecture. When I give a lecture, sometimes I'll write my notes on a template whose aspect ratio matches my e-reader, then export the pages as PDF.

I don't mark up photos, but the the built in windows Photo app has the ability to markup photos.
